In collaboration with Urban Settlement Development Authority and Health Promotion Bureau, UNICEF developed a MHH booklet on menstrual cycle, symptoms and treatment of menstrual cramps, importance of mental health and appropriate disposal methods of sanitary napkins, etc. It provides an annual calendar to keep track of the menstrual cycle for personal use and explains how to efficiently use the calendar.
