Only authorized users have access to the platform. If you are unsure about the status of your registration, get in touch with the K@U team at knowledge.unicef.org

Please read the instructions below and then click on “proceed to login” when you are ready to continue.

A. UNICEF employee

If you are registered in K@U with your UNICEF email, click on the UNICEF button on the next page. You will be redirected to your organizations Sign in page, where you will be able to access K@U directly with your UNICEF credentials (email and password).

B. GMAIL/ GoogleMail users

If you are registered in K@U with your Gmail or GoogleMail account, or any business email created with Google, click on the Google button on the next page. You will be redirected to the Google Sign in page, where you will be able to access K@U with your Google credentials (email and password).

C. Microsoft users

If you are registered in K@U with your Hotmail or Outlook account, or any business account created with Microsoft, click on the Microsoft Account button on the next page. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Sign in page, where you will be able to access K@U with your Microsoft credentials (email and password).

D. Other users

If you are registered in K@U with any other type of email (e.g. Yahoo):

  • The first time you access K@U, you will need to follow a verification process to create a new password. Please click on “Sign up now” at the bottom of next page. You will be requested to enter your email address and will receive a verification code. Once you have verified the code, you will be requested to create a new password.
  • If you have already completed the verification process before, simply enter your email and K@U password on the next page under “Sign in with your existing account”.
