Annual Technical Consultation of the UNFPA-UNICEF Joint Programme on the Elimination of Female Genital Mutilation: Meta - Presentation

In June 2023, the Joint Programme hosted its Annual Technical Consultation in Jordan that brought together around 100 participants from UNFPA and UNICEF headquarters, regional and country teams, creating a powerful platform for exchanging lessons, celebrating achievements and discussing challenges in addressing female genital mutilation. This presentation includes content based on the thematic presentations and discussions such evidence generation and utilization, humanitarian crisis programming, youth empowerment, social and behavior change, gender transformation, systems strengthening, movement building, accountability and more.
